The American Institute of Architects (AIA) A201 General Terms and Conditions and related agreements were just recently published.  The AIA A201 is the most litigated contract document in the history of construction.  For the first time, AIA did not ask for AGC’s input into developing a new AIA A201.

This seminar from industry experts will equip project managers and superintendents with the essential tips and tricks to identify and overcome the issues with the new A201.
