Addressing Lien Law 3A Claims in and out of Bankruptcy Court

With revenues squeezed and rental shortfalls happening due to the pandemic, contractors may see Lien Law 3-A trust fund claims from both property owners and subcontractors. Additionally, observers expect a dramatic increase in bankruptcy filings due to the business shutdown affecting revenue streams and the ability to pay expenses. This program will address Lien Law 3-A claims in and out of bankruptcy court, with particular focus on defenses against those claims.
