    Join the AGC NYS team for a 2022 state legislative recap about impactful new laws approved by Governor Hochul, and the subsequent chapter amendments to be acted on in 2023.  The 2022 state legislative recap will include significant bills vetoed by Governor Hochul.

    Topics include contractor registration, Carlos’ Law, materials price escalation, collateral estoppel, right to repair, and others.  The  meeting will conclude with a 2023 state legislative and budget forecast.
