WEBINAR – NYS Office of General Services Project Planning/P6 Demonstration

Providing a look into the way OGS plans projects from Design through Construction. OGS utilizes Primavera’s P6 EPPM to manage over 546 active construction contracts & approximately 500 projects in active design. This demonstration will focus on why OGS manages the portfolio in this manner, the contractual requirements for scheduling on OGS projects and how this concept can help our trade partners manage their work moving forward. This session is meant to be interactive. There will be roughly 30-40 minutes of presenting with the rest of the time allocated to questions and open discussion.
