AGC NYS Regional Meeting COVID-19 Protocols
YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER. No walk-ins will be allowed. Space is limited and registration will be closed when venue capacity is reached. We ask that each firm send no more than two representatives to any meeting.
All required COVID-19 safety protocols will be strictly adhered to.
Masks must be worn at all times during every meeting. Social distancing will be in effect. Everyone will be seated socially distanced 6 feet apart, theater style.
No food will be served.
You are required to complete a COVID-19 questionnaire on site answering the following questions.
- Have you knowingly been in close or proximate contact in the past 14 days with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or who has had symptoms of COVID-19?
- Have you tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 14 days?
- Have you experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 within the past 14 days?
Symptoms of COVID-19 according to the CDC Guidance: fever, cough, shortness of breath, OR at least two of the following symptoms: fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of test or smell
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU HAVE
Tested positive for COVID-19 or are under quarantine for any exposure to COVID-19
Been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19
Are subject to quarantine due to exposure to COVID-19
