AGC NYS/Document Crunch Monthly “Lunch & Crunch” Series Episode 1: Notice, Notice, Notice

Contractual notice provisions have long been a particularly vexing issue for contractors and their project staff. Besides the various locations of contractual notice provisions, the clauses have become ever more complex. In addition, there are NYS Laws like Section 3813 of Education Law that bear on some public work. In an effort to focus on the project and, in some cases, to avoid conflict, these provisions are often missed and that could be costly for contractors.

In Episode 1 of the “Lunch & Crunch” series, the team at Document Crunch and AGC NYS will discuss what to watch out for and how to keep track of and manage this issue.

    Faculty:

    ·     Josh Levy, Esq, Co-Founder & CEO, Document Crunch

    ·     Josh Bell, Director of Industry Solutions, Document Crunch

    ·     Joe Hogan, CDT, VP of Building Services, AGC NYS

Who Should Attend: Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents, Project Administration
