“Less Is More” – What you need to know when the 7 story/75 feet building rule requires a licensed superintendent and site safety manager.”

Join us on June 6, 2024 at the Cornell Club in NYC for “Less is More” presented by John Connolly of Gallager Bassett. This seminar will inform you of what you need to know when the Local Law 147 of 2021 alters the definition of a major building changing the requirements for licensed superintendents and site safety managers.

This program will cover the details associated with the upcoming (December 11, 2024) change the requirements and costs that must be planned for.

The program will also cover other NYC DOB (Chapter 33) enforcement trends and FDNY code reminders affected by this change.  Audience members will have an opportunity to address questions to our speakers.

A printed copy of the New York City Chapter 33 will be given to each paid attendee.  AGC NYS will also give a short presentation on their NYC FastFacts v2.0 app, which includes a digital version of Chapter 33, plus important information from FDNY, DOT, and other agencies.  The app is a free download (v2.0 will be ready early May).
