    The New York City Buildings Department will be provided their yearly Update for the AGC NYS Membership.

    Some of the topics will include:

    • Local Law 196 (Intro, 1447-c) – Safety Requirements
    • Local Law 81- Construction Superintendents at Sites
    • Local Law 203 – Penalties for Site Safety
