-include in handbook, if applicable
·    Safety Committee Plan (if requested by employee/union) – STILL AWAITING GUIDANCE
·    Effective Date: November 1, 2021
·    required to permit workplace safety committees at each worksite if requested by an employee (otherwise-not required)
·    2/3 non-supervisory participants
